QR code is not scanning β what should I do?
If your QR code is not scanning, try these steps:
- Make sure you are in a well-lit environment
- Hold your phone approximately 8 inches (20 cm) away from the QR code
- Center the QR code on your phone screen
- Check that the QR code is not stained or damaged
- Try refreshing your browser or restarting the camera app
- Ensure your device's camera is clean and working properly
Orders are not appearing on the kitchen dashboard
If orders are not showing up on your kitchen display:
- Check that your internet connection is stable
- Refresh the kitchen dashboard page
- Verify that the table QR code is correctly linked to the right menu
- Ensure that the kitchen staff role has the correct permissions
- Contact support at support@fluuexqr.com if the issue persists
Menu updates are not showing on customer devices
If customers are not seeing the latest menu updates:
- Clear your browser cache or try an incognito window
- Ask customers to refresh the page or rescan the QR code
- Check that you published the changes from the dashboard

WhatsApp bills are not being sent
If WhatsApp bills are not going through:
